30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  2. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Steps to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and the RAN. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing Time: It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed.
